Description: An easily grown but still far from common species endemic to Sumatra. Lower pitchers are broad-based in shades of green and red with a candy-striped peristome. Upper pitchers are funnel-form, flushed red and green with a pouting-lipped peristome and lid in glossy crimson and taper into a slender green base. Bronze leaves and pale green and red pitchers with a red-and-white striped peristome. In full sun the leaves become burnished.
