Description: Nepenthes hybrids exclusive to Malesiana Tropicals bred to combine ease of growth and vigour with high desirability. Nepenthes × ‘Konak’ combines N. albomarginata (giving ease of culture, heat adaptability and a striking pitcher colour) with lowland N. veitchii to provide very large spectacularly shaped pitchers.
Cultivation recommendations: Responds equally well as either a lowland or highland plant. The waxy and hairy leaf texture provided by N. albomarginata provides adaptability to fluctuations in humidity. Prefers very bright light. See also: How to Grow Nepenthes
